According to Elé, Pel-Est OVG is a unique blend of glycerol, and mono-, di- and tri-glycerides of olive oil. It is obtained from certified organic extra virgin olive oil, according to a gentle and eco-respectful process. According to Elé, Pel-Est OVG retains 50 times more water than olive oil. It is more hydrophilic than most oils and helps increase the stability of cosmetic emulsions, even with a low-energy emulsification process.
